Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and MD5 Labs Inc (“we”, “us”). They apply when you use https://www.soarank.com, create an account, run a diagnosis, talk to Maya, publish a generated site, or pay for a plan.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use SoaRank for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
SoaRank helps brands understand and improve how AI answer engines mention them. Features can include diagnoses, reports, Maya (an AI assistant), generated GEO sites, crawler analytics, outreach drafts, and related tools. Features depend on your plan and can change.
The service is provided online. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic, or revenue result.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign in with Google or email.
The product is for business users. You must be old enough to form a contract in your country, and you may not use the service if you are under 13.
You can delete a brand in the product. The generated site is taken offline and purged after about 30 days unless you restore it first. To close an account, contact us by email.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use SoaRank to build or host illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or bypass plan limits;
- submit others’ personal data unless you have a right to do so;
- misrepresent a generated site as a human-written official source when that would be misleading;
- resell the service except as we agree in writing;
- use Maya or generated output to send spam.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of brand names, URLs, copy, materials, and other content you upload or type (“Customer Content”). You grant us a licence to host, process, transform, and display Customer Content as needed to provide the service, including sending it to subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Customer Content and for any site you publish. That includes privacy notices, cookie notices, and marketing claims on generated sites.
6. AI output
Reports, scores, Maya messages, articles, images, and generated sites are produced with automated systems. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must review them before you rely on them or publish them.
You may use the output for your business, subject to these terms and to third-party model licences. We do not claim copyright in raw model text beyond the rights we need to operate the service. We do not warrant that output is unique or that it will not resemble other customers’ output.
7. Generated websites
A draft site stays private until you publish. Publishing makes pages public on the hostname we assign (or your domain, if configured). You can unpublish; public copies may remain in search engines or archives until they recrawl.
If IndexNow is enabled, we may submit published URLs to participating search engines.
8. Plans, trials, and payment
Paid features are sold as subscriptions or other offers shown at checkout. Prices, brand limits, and included features are those displayed at the time you order. Free diagnoses and trials, if offered, are limited as described in the product.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for the payment itself. Unless a purchase flow or the law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the paid period starts. We may change prices for later renewal periods, with notice in the product or by email.
If a payment fails, we may downgrade, suspend Maya instances, or stop paid features. After paid access ends, Maya instances are stopped and then deleted after 7 days.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on Google, Stripe, and AI model providers. Their outages or policy changes can affect SoaRank. Those vendors’ terms apply to their services.
10. Intellectual property
SoaRank, Maya, the site design, and our software are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights except the limited licence to use the service while your account is in good standing.
11. Confidentiality
You should not send us secrets you are not allowed to share. We will not use Customer Content to market other customers’ competing products.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be excluded.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims that arise from Customer Content, a site you publish, or your misuse of the service, except to the extent we caused the claim by our own willful misconduct.
15. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may stop providing the service, or an account, with notice when reasonable. After termination, sections that should survive (including 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, and 14) continue to apply.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If the two documents conflict on a privacy topic, the Privacy Policy controls for that topic.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material, we will post it here. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new terms, except where the law requires a different process.
